Vape Display Cases: Lock Secure & Organize by Product
Compliance is the first consideration when planning product displays for a vape store. Depending on applicable state and local regulations, nicotine-containing e-liquids and other Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) products may need to be kept behind the counter or inside a lockable display case. OYE display cases can be configured to support these controlled-access retail requirements.

● Depending on applicable state and local regulations, nicotine-containing e-liquids and ENDS devices can be stored behind the counter or inside lockable display cabinets. Cabinet doors can be fitted with suitable locking hardware.
● Lock Options: Standard cylinder locks are available, with optional pry-resistant hinges, dual-locking systems, and keyed-alike systems for multiple cabinets.
● Lockable under-counter and wall-mounted cabinets are available, allowing controlled-access products to remain behind the service counter and within staff view.
Display by Product Type
● Vape Devices, Pens, and Boxed Products: Since product shapes and dimensions vary, these items can be displayed on multi-compartment acrylic stands or inside cabinets with adjustable shelves.
● E-Liquids and Vape Juices: Standard 30 mL, 60 mL, and 100 mL bottles can be arranged in lockable cabinets with one to six adjustable shelves. Shelf spacing can be adapted to different bottle heights.
● Disposable Vapes: Multi-slot racks and product dividers keep disposable devices upright, organized, and easy to access and restock.
● The number of shelves, fixed or adjustable shelf configurations, and cabinet-door opening direction can all be customized.
Acrylic + Glass
● Acrylic Displays: Available in frosted, smoke-tinted, and clear finishes, with vertical, curved, or angled configurations for promotional and multi-product merchandising.
● Lockable Tempered-Glass Cabinets: Constructed with MDF and metal framing, these cabinets are suitable for controlled-access storage and higher-value products.

Our Standard Process

2. Drawings and Proposal: We prepare structural drawings, proposed materials, and manufacturing specifications for your review. If a requirement needs adjustment, we’ll explain the available options.
3. Sample Confirmation: After the drawings and specifications are approved, we produce a sample for your review. Any necessary revisions are discussed before moving to mass production.
4. Production: Once the sample is approved, we begin production, including material cutting, cabinet assembly, and component installation.
5. Quality Inspection and Shipment: We inspect the finished products, pack them for shipment, and coordinate delivery according to the agreed order terms.
